Nose
Lemon zest, fresh hay, soft toffee.
Palate
Bright, clean, gently sweet. Pear and almond.
Finish
Short and warming. A pour for the afternoon.
Provenance
From Shar Mountains.
Water from the Drin, malted barley from the valleys above Shkodër, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a stone warehouse where the temperature changes slowly. We don’t chill-filter and we don’t add colour.
