Nose
Sour cherry, rose petal, soft leather.
Palate
Red fruit, cocoa nib, dried herbs. Tannic, almost vinous.
Finish
Plum skin and warm oak. A long, savoury fade.
Provenance
From Lezhë Province.
Water from the Drin, malted barley from the valleys above Shkodër, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a stone warehouse where the temperature changes slowly. We don’t chill-filter and we don’t add colour.
